Returns Policy
1. Introduction
We at Doc Bright Ltd. strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of consumable products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used consumable products.
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@docbright.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the defective or damaged product.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging: Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase. Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For defective or damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at sales@docbright.co.uk.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check Your Account: Verify your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact Your Bank/Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
